Cooked shrimp, peeled, with tails on
Phylo Dough strips to wrap shrimp in fan shape.
garlic salt
salt
pepper
olive oil
sauce: sweet and sour or shrimp cocktail sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Remove shell of shrimp leaving approximately an inch of tail.
Season lightly with salt pepper and garlic salt and spritz with oiive oil
Wrap in Phylo dough strip in shape of fan but twist tightly the tail end so one can hold onto the tail end as a finger food.

Spritz with olive oil and bake in preheated oven 350º until done

Serve warm with dipping sauce
Could be sweet and sour sauce
or shrimp cocktail sauce
