Grandma's Cheesecake Recipe

Crust: (mix together in 9 x 13 pan)
18 crushed graham crackers
1/4 c melted butter
1/4 c sugar

Filling:
3- 8 oz. pkg.cream cheese
1 c sugar
5 eggs

Topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t vanilla

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Press graham cracker crust into 9 x 13 pan, (glass)
Cream together cream cheese and sugar, add 5 eggs, beat until smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. Bake for 40 minutes

Prepare topping (mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla). Pour over baked cheese cake and return to over for 5-8 more minutes.

Can serve with cherry topping
