2 1 in thick pork chops, boneless
1 large russet potatoe cut in 1/16 in slices
2 tbls melted butter
2 tbls olive oil
Liberal amount of garlic pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Vortex to 400 airfry
Melt butter in microwave then mix in oil and garlic pepper
Toss in sliced potatoes till coated and stack in pre greased cupcake liners and sprinkle with salt . Place around edge of slotted tray. Dredge pork chops in leftover oil mixture and place on tray.. cook on bottem slot above tray
Cook 20 minutes turning chops halfway through cooking
