1 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. cooked prunes
1 c. nut meats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and oil, add eggs and beat well. Add buttermilk and dry ingredients. Chop nutmeats and prunes into small pieces and add to the batter. The batter will be thin. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
