1 1/4 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1 1/4 c buttermilk
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/4 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix dry ingredients. In a small bowl mix milk and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Stir until just smooth. Then add the sugar and butter. Stir until combined.
Cook on pan or griddle.
