2 (8 oz.) cans crescent rolls or crescent sheets
¼ lb thinly sliced deli ham
¼ lb thinly sliced salami
¼ lb thinly sliced pepperoni
¼ lb sliced provolone cheese
¼ lb sliced swiss cheese
1 (12 oz.) jar roasted peppers, drained and sliced thin
3 eggs
3 T. parmesan cheese
3 T. pesto

Directions:

Lightly spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam.
Unroll and spread one package of crescent rolls on the bottom of the pan.
Layer pepperoni, Swiss cheese, salami, red peppers, provolone and ham on top of dough.
Unroll second can of crescent rolls, seal seams and place on top of ham.
Whisk eggs, parmesan and pesto. Pour over crescent rolls. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350º. Uncover and bake an additional 15-20 minutes.
Cut into squares...24 little squares or 6 big squares.
