1 stick butter
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 finely chopped onion
½ finely chopped bell pepper
½ finely chopped celery stalk
2 minced garlic cloves
2 chopped green onions
chopped parsley
1 can cream mushroom soup
2 finely broken pieces of white bread
3 beaten eggs
2 pie shells

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté vegetables till they are soft. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients well. Add to vegetables in the pot and mix well. Heat and stir on low for 5-10 minutes. Pour into pie shell and cover with 2nd pie shell upside down without pie tin. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes, the top shell should collapse and be golden in color. Allow to cool 15-20 minutes before cutting.
