1 lb thawed peeled and deveined raw shrimp
1 lb smoked sausage sliced in 1/2 in pieces
1 lb little red potatoes cut in half
4 ears of corn cut into 2 in pieces
1 sweet onion cut in thin pieces
2 minced cloves of garlic
4 T unsalted butter
1 T Old Bay
1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 T freshly squeezed lemon
1 T olive oil (I use garlic infused)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon cut into wedges
2 T chopped parsley

Directions:

1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 8-10 minutes just until fork tender. Drain and put aside to cool down.
2. Heat oven to 425º.
3. On the stove, melt butter and cook with minced garlic.
4. In a large bowl, add shrimp, sausage, cooled potatoes, corn, and onion. Mix together.
5. Add Old Bay, garlic powder, butter mixture, oil, and lemon juice to the bowl. Mix well to coat everything.
6. Spread in a single layer on a jelly roll pan. (I divide between two pans)
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through.
8. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
