1 package noodles (appr 6 ounces)
1 tbsp butter
1 small onion diced
2 ribs of celery diced
2/3 cup of frozen peas
1 can of tuna
1 can of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Crumb Topping
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped parley or 1 tsp dried parsley

Preheat oven 425

Boil noodles al dente according to package directions Drain and rinse under cold water

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5 - 7 minutes

In a large bowl combine noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna. Mix well.

Spread into a 2 qt. casserole dish and top with crumb topping..

Bake 18 - 20 minutes or until bubble

Combine all ingredients well and put on top of casserole
