5 potatoes
onion diced
shredded cheddar cheese
5 cups of flour
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. Fry onion until soft.
Add potatoes, onion and cheddar cheese. Put aside

Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add warm water to create a dough as needed.

Roll dough and cut it round with a large glass. Place a spoonful of potato on one half of the dough. Fold over and crimp edges with a fork or fingers.

Place of a cookie sheet and put in the freezer. Once frozen bag them.

To cook: Place in boiling water and then place in frying pan with melted butter

This was always a fun thing to do on the weekends as Auntie Becky (Mum) and Uncle Christian were brought in to help with folding and crimping.
