Chicken cooked/deboned(or can use can chicken)
2 cans mixed vegetables (partly drained)
2 refrigerated pie crusts

Base-
4 tbsp veg oil or shortening
1 tsp sale
5 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
2 cans cream of chicken (can substitute 1 can w/cream of celery)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening then blend in flour and salt. Once blended well add the milk. Blend in cream of chicken, veggies and diced up chicken.

Roll out 1 pie crust in bottom of desired dish ( pie plate). Pour in chicken mixture then lay second pie crust on top.

Bake at 375º for 35-40 min. or until brown.
