Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 - 6 potatoes - sliced on a mandolin - thin
1 stick of butter
1 medium onion - slice thin
garlic salt and pepper to taste
Locatelli cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and onions and slice thin. Use a heavy- duty aluminum foil for grilling large enough to hold potatoes. Spray foil with Pam. Start layering potatoes in a vertical row. Don't make it too long just you can handle it and it fits on grill. Can make a couple of rows. Once potatoes are all on foil, take cut up onions and place in between potatoes every few or so. Can always use more onions depends on your taste. Take and cut up tabs of butter and place on top of potatoes and onions. I use Locatelli cheese on top, also. Bring sides together and close tightly and place on hot grill. Put grill on medium and will cook for 45 minutes to an hour. Keep an eye on them. Once the bottoms are brown, take off and serve. These are the best ever!!!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Be very careful using the mandolin slicing potatoes and onions. It's very sharp and you don't need anything extra in there.
