3 leaves of Romaine lettuce diced
Dressing:
1 tbs yogurt, 2% or less
1/4 tsp garlic fresh grated
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp nutritional yeast
dash of lemon pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
dash of salt and pepper

Wash and dice Romaine to desired size. Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle over lettuce. Nutritional yeast seems to have a cheese like flavor and helps since you can't have the usual parmesan cheese.
