1 lb. ground beef or 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 pkg. tortilla chips
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 soup can of water or chicken broth
salsa to taste
1 can chopped green chilis
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese

Brown beef and drain. (chicken breast may be substituted) While beef is cooking, combine soups, milk and broth or water. Mix until smooth. Stir in green chilis.

In 9 X 13 dish layer ingredients as follows:
Crushed tortilla chips
Beef or Chicken
Soup Mixture
Salsa
Onion
Cheese
Repeat 2 times.

Bake at 350º for 1 hour, covered with foil. Remove foil in the last 10 minutes.
