1 spaghetti squash, cut in half the long way, seeded
10.6 oz. Greek Yogurt (1 Cup)
1/3 C. Buffalo sauce
3 T. ranch seasoning
2 C. rotisserie chicken, diced
1 T. Lemon Juice
1/4 C. sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the spaghetti squash until tender, approx. 45 minutes.

Mix together yogurt, Buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, chicken and lemon juice.

Fill the cavity in the spaghetti squash with the Buffalo chicken filling. Top with cheese and return to the oven. Bake until the cheese is melted and filling is hot. (About 30 minutes).
