Use large roaster pan

4-5 gallon cans pork ‘n ‘ beans OR ½ dozen tall
cans
1 48 oz bottle catsup
2 lbs. brown sugar
1 BIG Tbsp. mustard (FRENCHES)
3 large onions
1 lb. sliced bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beans, catsup, brown sugar, and mustard.
Slice onions on top don’t stir, just lay bacon slices on top.
Cook slow all day; start @ 350º until bubbly turn down to 200º if cooking all day. If not watch not to burn and keep temperature higher. When cooked, if there is too much syrup dip some out.

You can't believe how delicious these beans are.
Recipe can be cut down for a smaller group by adjusting the quanities.
Caution: If you serve this at any large function you will always be assigned bake beans for future parties.
